We believe that we are only as grand as the product that we are given; we can be worse but never better. In a day of massive meat recalls, and spinach plagues we take comfort in our relationships with over 30 farmers, cattleman, cheese makers, fisherman, forest foragers, bakers, and purveyors of fine food.

Sprout is a modern American restaurant that seeks to elevate the expectation of residents and visitors alike when it comes to food and service in west Michigan. In today’s world quality is often replaced by convenience; getting to a place where current company, a glass of wine, and a plate of considerately constructed food is paramount.
